Our Story
It is a holding company for several different business ventures, from Management Consulting to Baseball Instruction. This page, at this point, will be focus on the baseball business.

The Baseball Instruction side of the business focuses on individual lessons and clinics. The baseball instruction is geared towards helping young baseball and softball players learn about the game and develop their skills. Individual lessons will cover a range of hitting techniques and mental notes each hitter should approach each at-bat with. We will cover the hitting line, where you should hit the ball based on where it is pitched, and many other nuances. When it comes to fielding, Joe specializes in infielding. He focuses on footwork, body position when coming to the field, the ball, and you set up to specific types of balls hit at you.

Before Joe took over, the business was run by his father, Dennis Segrue. Dennis was a successful hitting coach and has taught numerous All-County and AGR players, Sectional Champions, and college players. Dennis was a hitting coach in the Greater Rochester Area from 2004-2016. Below you will see some of Dennis's accomplishments as a hitting coach with the numerous All-County and AGR selections he coached. Joe took over the business from Dennis starting in 2016. He has learned most of his techniques from Dennis, Mike Scialo, and several other hitting coaches throughout the Western NY region.
