To allow each client to achieve the goals, they strive to hit on the Baseball or Softball Diamond.

We offer private hitting and fielding lessons. We also work with teams to work with them on situational baseball, go over game situations and run them through a high skill-level practice.
​
We will work on specific drills and techniques to help your son or daughter really understand what the baseball/soft swing should look and feel like.
​
When it comes to fielding, we concentrate on the body positions to help expand the range and capability of the defensive ability of your son or daughter.
We know you work hard out there, so enjoy the learning process of hitting and fielding with Joe. Have him help you translate your success in practice to the field.

Nate Weber to Play for Gro 2 Pro and Rochester Brewers
Nate will be a part of the Gro2Pro organization pitching and playing the infield. He will also be a part of the elite travel Rochester Brewers team with Aiden Neenan.
Rapsodo Coming to Segrue Hitting and Fielding
Starting in Mid-December, Segrue Hitting and Fielding will be able to offer Rapsodo Data to its clients. We will be using it to track progress throughout the years.
Jim Cook to play for Diamond Pro
Mcquaid 2025 grad Jimmy Cook will be playing for Diamond Pro during the 2022 summer. Jimmy in the past has played for teams around the Rochester area out of Mendon, Victor and Webster.
Aiden Neenan makes Rochester Brewers
Aiden Neenan will be switching from Rochester Baseball Club to the Rochester Brewers. The Brewers will be playing in elite tournaments up and down the East Coast, including in Perfect Game Tournaments.
